Lastly, I’ve devoted time to financial education and planning, working towards achieving financial freedom.

You might think that juggling all these routines would be overwhelming, but let me assure you—I’ve found a way to make it work for me. By prioritizing minimal energy expenditure for maximum gains, I’ve streamlined my self-improvement efforts, making them sustainable and effective.

Now, you might be wondering, where am I currently on my journey after dedicating five years to self-improvement? Well, let me share my accomplishments with you. I’ve successfully transformed my physique, going from 120 kilograms of mostly fat to a lean 88 kilograms with a healthy amount of muscle. I’ve managed to maintain my hairline without resorting to invasive treatments, and my skin has undergone a remarkable transformation, making me look younger than my actual age. Through diligent research and experimentation, I’ve boosted my daily energy levels, enhancing my overall well-being and potentially prolonging my longevity. Additionally, I’ve made significant strides in improving my mental health, gaining new perspectives, and learning to live in the present moment. Lastly, I’ve taken charge of my financial future by acquiring financial literacy and investing knowledge, setting myself on the path to financial freedom.

For a while, I carried a sense of regret about not starting my financial journey in my twenties. But upon reflection, I’ve come to appreciate the immense growth and valuable lessons I gained during that time.
